Both are optimal, mainly because you gain the extra benefit of hearing questions being asked and topics discussed in a way you potentially otherwise wouldn't have considered yourself. There are opportunities to receive one-on-one coaching throughout the Academy experience - both in the Community or in the Q&A sessions where laser coaching and hot seats are regularly offered.

There are several ways that Academy materials are delivered. Every month you receive access to a live coaching call with Q&As, as well as an interactive lesson shared by an external expert or by your host, Alena. These are available as replays in the Academy which is accessible on desktop or laptop computer, and also as an App on any  mobile device or tablet. Additional downloadable/printable resources are also offered throughout as well as occasional in-person training when possible.

There is no definitive answer - your path is your path. That's why results vary according to individual effort, participation and personal progress. It is exactly that: personal. The coaching plus community model however is a proven one and has been extremely effective for many people all over the world over and over again.

If after 30 days you are not happy with the product and the experience, you are refunded your fees to date, no questions asked. Outside of the first 30 days, if you're on the monthly plan, you can give one month's notice and cancel your membership at any time.
