Hey 👋 I'm Alena Turley, an award-winning educator, somatic therapist, and martial arts instructor. Having personally walked the path of anxiety, depletion, PTSD, infertility, complex trauma, and family violence I found my way back to a life of deep and lasting happiness, health, and true wealth.
