In my lifetime I have experienced deep transformation through healing from trauma (large and small), built safety in a life that had none, and regenerated.

What remained after all of that was a passionate drive to share wisdom gathered over many years of adversity and transformation on how to build our power, especially as women in a world that doesn't always encourage it.

How? By sharing powerful stories; facilitating deep connection; and providing trauma-sensitive facilitation.
